Reporting to the CEO’s you are responsible for the image of the company and owning the relationship with our clients, you are in charge of sourcing new business, and develop long term relationship with our existing partners. You assist your clients by identifying there need and propose the right solution. You manage negotiation to satisfy both parts and develop customers’ loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively develop new and existing business
- Build your own pipeline by drawing upon established networks, relationship and your independent research
- Do prospection with the direct client but also with communication and advertisement agencies
- Find leads and set up meetings through cold-calling
- Convert leads into prospect
- Grow revenue by closing new business
- Construct and negotiate offers that meet expectations of business partners and LOUDINGads
- Expand the French Market, managing key or medium size accounts;
- Work closely with operational teams
- Achieve set KPI targets for monthly and quarterly sales revenue, and daily activities

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English.
- Sales spirit, negotiation skills and good communication skills.
- You have the ability to organize your own schedule and work under pressure.
- Strong partnership management skills.
- Results oriented person with ability to learn quickly.
- Analytical skills are also highly valued.
- Good level of Microsoft Office.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- We significantly value autonomy, as much as the flexibility to work within an international team.
- Must be enrolled in higher education (University or school of applied science).
