LoudingAds, is a young start-up with huge growth potential.

Working with us will give you the opportunity to gain first hand experience and work closely together with publishers and advertisers, ensuring the best results for our clients. The internship is intended for a duration of 6 months but can be extended and gain a permanent contract.

You will be assistant to the Affiliate Manager, who will give you a special training and be your mentor throughout the internship.

You will be part of a fast-growing company with many opportunities constantly created and a dynamic, result-oriented & young culture.
You will work within an international and talented team.
Full-time internship, remunerated 500€ per month.
The possibility to gain a permanent contract at the end of the internship.
An opportunity to gain first-hand practical knowledge of one of primary digital marketing channels, while working in a dynamic and international environment of a continuously expanding company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate the pay-outs and business models with new and existing partners.
- Send and follow-up on business proposals in collaboration with management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing business partners and clients.
- Expand the market, ensuring the increase in eCPM and margin.
- Analyse and optimise the results of affiliate programs and campaigns.
- Actively prospect for new advertisers and database owners through LinkedIn and phone calls.
- Generating income reports and keeping track of the invoicing process.
- Monthly reports of revenues to management.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.

**Required Profile**:

- Arabic native speaker and fluent in English.
- Sales spirit, negotiation skills and good communication skills.
- You have the ability to organise your own schedule and work under pressure.
- Strong partnership management skills.
- Results oriented person with ability to learn quickly.
- Analytical skills are also highly valued.
- Good level of Microsoft Office.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- We significantly value autonomy, as much as the flexibility to work within an international team.

**Must be enrolled in higher education (University or school of applied science).**

**Salary**: 300.00€ - 500.00€ per month
