JOB DESCRIPTION:
The CTS must be a proven technologist who can adapt and respond to these ever-changing demands in technical sales excellence. This position will require securing customer loyalty, forging strong relationships with external business partners, oversee the optimization of the API/XML clients. Managing directly clients, supporting the frontline with technical background, coordinating and reporting results of the rest of the areas.

Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up regional queue/segment assigned accounts to meet sales targets / cost reduction by providing accurate technical solutions and optimization.- Follow up and prioritize new acquisition requests, to meet the sales targets by providing accurate technical support during the implementation.- Ensure client certification process, follow in manner and time to market, all the necessary steps and follow the stablished, covering:
- Workflow- Availability, CheckRate, Confirmation and Cancellation- Content- Voucher- Live environment- Platforms- Ensure SLA for regional / segment assigned is accomplished, with no quality impact.- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned / new acquisition accounts- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting KAM / SAM relationships.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Promote and development guidance to clients, for new or existing key features / business requirements- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce usable, maintainable documentation and excellent presentation- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and initiative.- Knowledge of REST API, XML, JSON, and similar technologies- Experience working with Databases & SQL-
- Experience/knowledge with build management and continuous integration tools
