**Algemeen**

Wajer Yachts is een Nederlands familiebedrijf met een internationaal werkveld. Hoewel we op verschillende plekken ter wereld gevestigd zijn, zijn onze locaties in Heeg, Heerenveen en Lemmer (Friesland) het kloppend hart van ons bedrijf. Hier wordt met een team van circa 300 collega’s gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling, het design, de bouw en het testen van zo’n 60-70 jachten per jaar. Ons sales
- en marketingteam werkt vanuit een prachtig kantoor in Amsterdam.

Vanuit onze buitenlandse servicehubs (o.a. Zuid-Frankrijk, Ibiza, Mallorca en Miami) bieden wij onze klanten met ons Care programma een ongeëvenaarde service. Eigenaar zijn van een Wajer betekent namelijk maximaal vaarplezier, “without a worry”. Drie simpele woorden die voor ons de grondslag van onze bedrijfsvoering vormen. Van het schoonmaken, tanken, bijvullen van de koelkasten en afdekken van de boten tot aan het uitstippelen van vaar trips.

**Wat ga je doen?**

Tijdens je stage bij Business Support ondersteun je het Business Support team in ons snelgroeiende service hubs in Spanje en Frankrijk. Samen met hen ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de ultieme klantbeleving en onze hoge klanttevredenheidsscores.

Binnen het team van Business Support ben je een van de gezichten van Wajer en daarmee aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, leveranciers en medewerkers van Wajer. Je ondersteunt bij diverse commerciële administratieve en facilitaire taken.

Je ondersteund bijvoorbeeld van het leggen van lokale contacten met de beste hotels, restaurants en taxichauffeurs om ervoor te zorgen dat je de beste beschikbare opties en aanbevelingen hebt wanneer onze (charter)klanten deze nodig hebben.

Tijdens de stage vervul je met name een ondersteunende rol op het gebied van facilitaire zaken. Denk hierbij aan het soepel laten lopen van alle zaken rondom de huisvesting voor onze medewerkers. Zoals het regelen van schone handdoeken en het zorgen dat nieuwe medewerkers een huissleutel krijgen. Op het moment dat er zich onverhoopt problemen voordoen in een van de appartementen, ben jij degene die proactief ingrijpt om direct een passende oplossing te bieden. Maar denk ook aan het boeken van vliegtickets, kortom je ondersteund op vele fronten

Voor zowel onze hub op Ibiza (Spanje) als in Port Grimaud (Zuid-Frankrijk) zoeken we een stagiair.

**Wat breng je mee?**

We zijn op zoek naar een echte multitasker, iemand die gestructureerd en georganiseerd is. Je bent zeer klantgericht, enthousiast en hebt een hoog energieniveau. Je weet gedurende het dynamische hoogseizoen altijd scherp te blijven.

Daarnaast:

- Volg jij een hbo-opleiding in de richting van hospitality of een commercieel werkveld.
- Ben je beschikbaar van mei tot oktober, de exacte data zijn in overleg te bepalen.
- Heb je sterke administratieve vaardigheden en een goed financieel en commercieel inzicht.
- Heb je een groot gevoel voor hospitality.
- Beschik je over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
