Company dedicated to offering activities and experiences to discover the nature of the island and promote healthy living, needs to incorporate a Back Office/Personal Assistant in Ibiza, reporting directly to the CEO.
Among its main functions will be:

- Offer information and propose services, adapting them to the needs of the clients.
- Reservation management and daily agenda control.
- Monitoring customer experience and satisfaction.
- Prepare budgets and invoice control and management.
- Incident resolution.
- Implementation and creation of processes for the back-office department.
- Seek excellence, reduce costs and improve the company's organization.
- Administration and updating of the database.
- Operational and administrative support to the CEO of the company.

Our ideal profile is a positive and versatile person, with a vocation for service, accustomed to dealing with clients and excellence in service, with outstanding organizational and operational skills.

Estudios mínimos
- CFGM or CFGS/Degree.

Experiência mínima
- At least two years' experience performing the functions described.

Idiomas mínimos
- Spanish: Native or bilingual.
- English: Fluent or bilingual.
- Command of Catalan will be highly valued.
