Desde**Mur&Partners **ofrecemos posición como **Head **of Sales Iberia** para **Monday**, empresa de coworking de largo recorrido en pleno proceso de expansión a nível nacional.
**MISIÓN**
Reportando a la Dirección General de la compañía, la misión de la posición será la de aumentar al máximo la ocupación de los centros de coworking de la empresa, a través de una rápida comercialización, siendo responsable de la rentabilidad del negocio con la búsqueda y cierre de acuerdos de forma proactiva, además de la gestión del equipo de ventas de cada zona.
**FUNCIONES**
- Supervisión de todas las operaciones comerciales de los centros ubicados en Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, Andorra y Lisboa.
- Definición y seguimiento de los objetivos mensuales de ventas al equipo de center managers para la consecución de los objetivos globales de la compañía.
- Control y reporting semanal y mensual de informes de acuerdo con los KPIs establecidos.
- Apertura de cuentas corporativas con clientes nacionales e internacionales de forma proactiva.
- Responsable de la estrategia y análisis de campañas con dirección general.
- Contacto regular con Brokers para potenciar la tracción de demanda.
**Requisitos**:
- Persona con experiência en ventas, preferiblemente B2B.
- Formación universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar. Se valorará la formación complementaria en ventas.
- Conocimientos de negocio y capacidad para saber priorizar la rentabilidad de la cuenta de resultados.
- Experiência en generación de leads/demanda/prospects, tanto online como presenciales.
- Experiência en estrategia, negociación, reporting y liderazgo de equipos de ventas.
- Nível de inglés avanzado. Se valorará el conocimiento de portugués.
- Se requiere disponibilidad para viajar semanalmente.
- Carné de conducir y coche propio valorable.
