**GMA Corporate,** Spain’s Leading International Hotel Investment & Asset Management company, is looking for an expert Revenue Manager to join our hospitality real estate team, playing an exciting role with direct responsibility of the Revenue Management of our Assets, actively participating in the value optimization of our hotels, as well as the growth and expansion of the company. Based in our office in Pozuelo, Madrid, this is a unique opportunity for a hands-on professional with proven success in optimizing revenue in all aspects of a portfolio of hotels.

THIS IS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY IF YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
**Expert in hotel income generation, distribution and revenue management, in all departments, and optimization of all its spaces (F&B, Retail, Spa)**
- Agile with benchmarking and **strategic positioning** activities, **channels and suppliers**:

- Strong in analysis of hotel operating accounts
- Analytical mind to understand evolution of results and actions to take for constant performance improvement

**WHAT WE EXPECT IN GMA Corporate**
- Revenue related pro-active actions to optimize the value of the company's assets
- Coordination & follow up of hotel portfolios to ensure contract compliance
- Coordination, production and management of reporting, providing information to support decision-making for the asset portfolio
- Continuous analysis of P&L, evolution to determine improvement vectors
- Participation in the establishment of annual budgets and CapEx investments
- Market analysis and benchmarking, with corresponding improvement action plans
- Optimization of spaces, processes and contracts with third parties to improve the performance of assets and additional revenue strategies and cost management

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR SUCCESS IN GMA Corporate**:

- Career/Master in Hotel Management and/or specialized in Hotel Revenue Management
- Experience **as Corporate Hotel Asset Management, or Regional Director of Revenue for +6 hotels**:

- Knowledge of current trends in the hospitality industry,
- Knowledge of USALI, investment and divestment criteria of hotel Real Estate
- Perfect command of English and Spanish, + other European languages will be valued
- Knowledge of the Spanish and International Upscale and Luxury hotel sector, both urban and resorts.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and hotel general accounting software
- Professional presence and communication, great sense of ethics and integrity
