**¿Qué rol desempeñaras?**

La persona seleccionada para la posición de Operational Excellence Lead, tendrá como objetivo principal promover en CCEP los programas de OE utilizando el método de la mejora continua. Aumentando el rendimiento de las instalaciones a través de los equipos de Fabricación, Logística, Mantenimiento y Calidad.

Las principales funciones a realizar son:

- Dar soporte al equipo de dirección, para fijar la hoja de ruta de los programas de mejora del desempeño así como los objetivos.
- Supervisión del cumplimiento de estándares de CCEP, metodología, identificación de problemas. Análisis de tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
- Confirmación del cumplimiento por parte del equipo, de estándares y rutinas. Entrenamiento en dichas disciplinas según necesidades.
- Fomentar proyectos de OE e iniciativas, priorizando resultados financieros, incluyendo su seguimiento y reporte de progresos y resultados.
- Proporcionar herramientas OE y dar soportes a proyectos, así como liderarlos cuando sea requerido.
- Capacitar y liderar a los equipos en las habilidades de mejora permanente y herramientas de desarrollo.

Principales interlocutores:

- Internos: Equipo de gestión de planta incluido el Gerente de Planta, Senior Manager de Logística y su equipo. Senior Manager de Mantenimiento, Senior Manager de QESH. OE Manager BU. Resto de SOEL,s de la BU.
- Externo: Proveedores de materias primas y suministradoras de maquinaria y mantenimiento.

**¿Qué te pedimos?**
- Título técnico universitario, preferiblemente Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
- Experiência en seguimiento y gestión de proyectos de mejora continua.
- Experiência en implantación de metodología como: OE,TPM,Six,Sigma,Lean,World class Manufacturing,etc. Al igual que herramientas específicas de logística.
- Se valorará experiência en Auditorias
- Acostumbrado/a a trabajar con KPIs y en la participación de proyectos,
- Inglés fluido: mínimo nível B1.
