**Sales Manager**

**Zuständigkeiten und Aufgaben**:

- Management des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses (nur B2B), von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme und Einführungsgespräch, Lead-Qualifizierung, Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse, Akquise, Produktdemonstration, Pitching, Angebotserstellung, Vertragsverhandlung bis zum Abschluss von Abschlüssen/Verträgen
- Geschäftsentwicklung im Zusammenhang mit den Produkten und Projekten von Symanto
- Handeln Sie als Lösungsexperte und Berater für Kunden auf C-Level und Senior Executive Ebene, und unterstützen Sie die Kunden bei ihren Bedürfnissen, indem Sie Symantos Technologien anwenden
- Präsentation der Vorteile von Symantos Produkten und Dienstleistungen an potenzielle und bestehende Kunden
- Pflege des aktuellen Verkaufsstatus im CRM-System
- Mitwirkung an der Vertriebsplanung und der Entwicklung der Vertriebs
- und Marketingstrategie
- Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern und Teams (Produkt, Marketing, Kunden
- und Projektmanagement, F&E)
- Symanto bei Webinaren/Treffen/Messen/Veranstaltungen vertreten
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zur Industrie und zu Partnern

**Ihr Profil**:
**Ausbildung, erforderliche Qualifikationen und Erfahrung**
- Berufsausbildung oder Abschluss in den Bereichen Verkauf, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägter Geschäftssinn
- Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung in der Marktforschungs
- oder Beratungsbranche
- Fähigkeit, Beratungskompeten aufzubauen und Vertrauen zu schaffen
- Selbstmotiviert und eigenständiges Arbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Flexibel und in der Lage, in einem Start-up-ähnlichen Umfeld einen Mehrwert zu schaffen
- Bereitschaft zum Reisen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office

**Gewünschte Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen**
- Berufsausbildung oder Abschluss in den Bereichen Verkauf, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Marktforschungsbranche, der Struktur und Arbeitsweise von Beratungsunternehmen, großer Marken und wichtiger Wettbewerber auf den Märkten/Branchen
- Verständnis für und Interesse an KI und Wirtschaftspsychologie
- Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Verkauf an Beratungsunternehmen
- Kenntnisse über das Private-Equity-Geschäft
