**_ Netatmo_** is recruiting B2C Customer Advisors to help manage its rapid growth. You will be working within a dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team to meet the needs of our clients all around the world while promoting our range of products.

What you’ll be doing?_**
- Verify incoming orders and correct them
- Provide clear, concise responses to their requests and questions
- Enrich the shared knowledge base within the company and in our Help Center.
- Analyse and give feedback to your manager and the technical team by sharing all the necessary information to resolve issues
- Manage the relationship between transporters to follow up on deliveries
- Keep track and update the monitoring files for internal reporting
**Requirements**:
**_ What skills & experience you’ll bring to us?_**
- You are fluent in French & English
- You have a previous experience in Customer relations services
- You have excellent listening skills and a strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction
- You have analytical and synthesis skills
- You are comfortable with IT tools and multitasking
- You are organised, diligent, and rigorous and enjoy working in a team
**Benefits**:
**_ What do we offer?_**
- **Contract**:Permanent contract (1-month probation period)
- **Full-time**: (39hours/week)
- **Working days/Hours**:Monday to Friday Between 09:00 am and 7:00 pm with the occasional Saturday after 3 months
- **Salary**: 21,000€
- **Holidays**:24 per calendar year
- **Hybrid model**: Working 7 days from home per month
- **Training**: 4 weeks from the office, Monday - Friday
- **Start date**: 12th of June 2023
