Back Office - Administrativo/a en funciones propias del departamento de CS y técnico, así como control y gestión de las facturas de los servicios técnicos externos.
- Order intake (entrada de pedidos). Capacidad de control para la ejecución de un order handling de calidad (minimización de errores).
- Resolución de incidencias y gestión/seguimiento de las devoluciones así como el control de los comprobantes de entrega de los transportes.
- Entrada de abonos, devoluciones, gestión de etiquetas y envíos de reparaciones.
- Consulta de disponibilidades, fechas de confirmación y precios.
- Otros temas relacionados con el área de gestión.

Te has graduado recietemente?|Quieres empezar a trabajar en funciones Administrativas?
- Imprescindible estudios universitarios o de máster.
- Perfil junior recién graduado.
- Dominio de herramientas de ofimática imprescindibles.
- Deseable buen nível de inglés o nível medio.
- Persona con espíritu de servicio, ordenada, con capacidad de gestión, curiosa, ganas de aprender, resolutiva, proactiva.
- Trabajo en equipo y de forma autónoma.
- Preferiblemente deberá aportar experiência en atención al cliente o similar.

Comercio al por mayor.

Contrato de prácticas de 1 año.

Flexibilidad horaria de entrada y salida.

Teletrabajo.

Horario: 09.00 - 17.30.

Ubicación: Sarria.
