In this position, you will provide technical support for instrumentation and analytics for commissioning, diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, upgrades and retrofits in Process Automation (Measurement and Analytics) in Spain, delivering superior, professional service, remotely or on-site. Your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to actively identify and develop new business opportunities.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Providing remote or on-site technical support for customers.
- Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs.
- Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partners.
- Coordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs.
- Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.
**Your background**:
- A engineering degree or Professional Module (FP2) in Electronic.
- 1-2 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing instrumentation or analytics devices, working as field service technician with knowledge of electronic.
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of instrumentations and analytics.
- Knowledge of electronics, communications, PLC, etc.
- Ability to travel to customer facilities.
- English B2.
- Current car driving license (type B) valid in Spain and specific VISA/work permit for Spain.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
