**Manager de Ventas de Compresores**

**Las Principales responsabilidades y tareas**:

- Ser responsable de los clientes de su mercado que le sean asignados
- Mantener una buena relación con los usuarios finales, EPC’s y licenciantes
- Garantizar la identificación temprana de proyectos en su área de responsabilidad
- Identificación temprana de oportunidades con el cliente final (antes de la adjudicación del EPC)
- Establecer y mantener relaciones tanto con los clientes finales como con los EPC
- Recoger y compilar la información general de la licitación y compartirla con todas las partes implicadas
- Análisis de precios de mercado y fijación de precios de licitación
- Realización de ofertas presupuestarias (desde el punto de vista técnico y comercial) cuando sea necesario
- Responsable general de la licitación. Realiza la oferta comercial para el cliente comprador/EPC en su propia región y garantiza la coherencia con la oferta técnica de AE
- Defiende comercial y técnicamente el presupuesto ante el cliente y dirige la negociación, incluidos los términos y condiciones
- Seguimiento con el cliente tras la presentación de la oferta
- Responsable del cierre con éxito. Dirige la reunión de transferencia y la recopilación de LBU en caso de pedido
- Responsable de los datos de oportunidades del CRM y del proceso de aprobación

**Formación /Experiência / Idiomas**:

- Máster o licenciatura preferiblemente en ingeniería mecánica o ingeniería de procesos, o formación similar
- Varios años de experiência en ventas, organización de ventas profesional de empresa internacional y equipos multiculturales
- Familiarizado con la industria del petróleo y el gas/energía, incluida la participación en EPC.
- Español hablado y escrito a nível nativo. Muy buen nível de inglés hablado y escrito.
- Gran capacidad de venta y negociación, así como pensamiento táctico
- Profesional orientado a los resultados y altamente motivado
- Flexibilidad y disponibilidad para viajar al extranjero
- Habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo, así como sensibilidad cultural

**Ofrecemos**:

- Coche de empresa
- Ticket restaurante por valor de 10 euros por cada dia laboral, excepto los viernes y julio y agosto en los que hay jornada reducida.
- En julio y agosto hay horario de verano con jornada reducida.
- La empresa ha implementado la posibilidad de trabajar desde casa. En el caso de adherirse a esta modalidad el empleado recibirá una compensación por gastos de 40 euros mensuales, que se abonarán en nómina.
- La empresa ofrece la posibilidad de contratar un seguro de vida a los empleados, cubriendo un capital de 1,5 veces el salrio bruto anual. La empresa abona las dos terceras partes de la prima y el empleado la parte restante.
