**Principales responsabilidades**
- Gestión integral de proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, plazos y presupuesto.
- Liderar equipos multidisciplinares, guiando y motivando a sus miembros para alcanzar el éxito del proyecto.
- Comunicación efectiva con clientes, presentando información de manera clara y ajustada a cada audiencia.
- Organización y planificación de tareas, creación y seguimiento de cronogramas y KPIs.
- Orientación a resultados, con control de márgenes por cliente y ajustes necesarios para cumplir los objetivos.
- Adaptación a cambios en el proyecto y gestión de situaciones bajo presión.
- Construcción de relaciones sólidas con el equipo y stakeholders, negociando y gestionando expectativas.
- Aplicación de pensamiento crítico para la resolución de problemas y la toma de decisiones.

**Requisitos**
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos.
- Habilidades avanzadas de liderazgo y capacidad de motivación de equipos.
- Capacidad de venta en cliente activo y retención del mismo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para planificar, organizar y priorizar tareas.
- Enfoque estratégico, con comprensión de cómo los proyectos se alinean con los objetivos del negocio.
- Conocimiento en la medición de rendimiento del proyecto mediante KPIs y control de márgenes.
