If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Sales Representative (German-speaking), you will be part of a team that is powering the brands of the future in the fashion industry.
What You Will DoAs a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will:
- Take incoming customer calls from boutiques and shops and solve users' demands.
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
- Maintain service and product knowledge associated with applications specific to individual customers.
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.

Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced level of English.
- Have a minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail.
- Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc).
- Are customer-driven and motivated to work in sales.
- Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
- Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills.
- Have working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office.
