Tu misión será liderar el departamento de People & Culture del hotel a nível de selección, evaluación y administración de personal.

**Tus funciones principales serán**:

- Supervisar y cumplir con el presupuesto de plantilla aprobado.
- Realizar la Selección de personal del hotel.
- Informar al personal de la documentación que debe aportar al hotel para formalizar la contratación.
- Recibir a los nuevos colaboradores y becarios y formalizar contratos.
- Asegurarse de la entrega de documentación inicial a todos los trabajadores.
- Cumplimentar y controlar la hoja de “Listado Control de Plantilla”.
- Presentar a los nuevos colaboradores a su jefe directo.
- Coordinar con los jefes de departamento las evaluaciones de desempeño con el departamento de Desarrollo.
- Llevar a efecto la administración de personal del hotel en lo relativo a contratación, relaciones con la seguridad social y suministro de información para la gestión centralizada de la nómina en la Oficina Central de Palladium Hotel Group.
- Realizar el parte de presencia semanal y asegurarse de recibir el de todos los departamentos.
- Dirigir, supervisar y planificar el conjunto de actividades del departamento y del personal a su cargo.

**Requisitos**:
**Para tener un buen encaje, deberás aportar**:

- Estudios de grado en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, ADE, Psicología o similar, valorándose positivamente estar en posesión de estudios de posgrado en Recursos Humanos.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar.
- Inglés a nível alto.
- Nível avanzado de ofimática (paquete Office, especialmente Excel, y programas de nómina).
