As the Store Manager of our new store in Marbella Club, you will constantly seek out business opportunities to exceed commercial results, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. You will coach and develop the team in a style which is personable and hands-on. You will inspire your team to always put the client first, continually looking for ways to exceed the client’s expectations.


Your role will be:


Team Management and Development

Grow and develop your team through regular coaching and feedback. Identify their strengths and development opportunities and partner with the relevant departments to create meaningful individual development plansIdentify, recruit, and develop talent, securing succession plansManage and inspire the team to drive the business and create innovative solutions, creating an encouraging, empowering, positive, and motivating environmentOrganize the team and shop floor coverage in an effective manner to meet the changing business needsProvide support and guidance to new joiners, ensure their onboarding path is fully completed so their integration to the company is positiveCommunicate with passion and inspire the team on company messages and information during morning briefings, training, one to one meeting


Client Experience

Lead from the front, role modelling the way to connect with clients and coaching the team on the selling ceremony “in the moment”Manage the customer flow through effective forward planning and reactive organization to ensure each client is given the correct level of service and no client is left unattended or unacknowledgedBuild a client centric mindset within the store which focuses on always exceeding the client expectationsDevelop client database by optimizing data quality and quantityTrain and develop the team to be confident on their after sales knowledge


Business Development

Grow the top line sales of the store, identifying opportunities and maximizing potentialDevelop, define and implement relevant and tangible action plans in line with company’s needs and expectationsFocus on category development within the store, collaborating with all the relevant functions to ensure each category potential is maximizedBuild, grow and develop a loyal client base, utilizing all available tools and opportunitiesActs as a brand promoter, networking and creating awareness through representation of the brand at local activitiesConnect with internal and external peers in the market to create an effective collaborative networkUnderstands external competitive landscape and market trends and is constantly taking steps to increase knowledge and awarenessProactively share market insights and opportunities with business stakeholdersMonitor business performance, results and audits and develop actions as needed


Operations

Maintain a thorough understanding of policies, standards and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and implementedEnsure the flawless implementation and adoption of the Retail tools and assets for FOH and BOH client and user experienceMaintain inventory and be accountable for inventory management and accuracyEnsure that all store processes and procedures are harmonized in order to provide best in class client experience including;All Health & Safety matters are adhered toStore Facilities are maintainedGrooming Guidelines are respectedEffective collaboration between front and back of house teams and activitiesAdditional duties and management responsibilities as required
