International consulting company focused on the global tourism industry and specialized in Health, Hygiene, Safety, Sustainability and Circularity. We have been providing consulting, auditing, training and software development services for 18 years.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative, for our corporate offices, to manage our customer base, generate leads and attract new customers and help us in our expansion, enabling new business possibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Planning, development and execution of sales strategies aligned with the marketing plan for lead generation and new customer acquisition.
- Administrative management of sales opportunities: preparation of financial proposal, contract creation, etc.
- Comprehensive management of assigned customer portfolio.
- Follow-up of sales KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced studies in areas related to Business or Tourism (valuing knowledge in Marketing).
- Knowledge of the tourism industry.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- High level of English (other languages will also be valued).
- Proficiency in Office tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Knowledge of new customer management tools (CRM): preparation of proposals and sales contracts.
- Communication, management and organizational skills.
- Availability to travel
