**IRC224014 - PEOPLE MANAGEMENT**

At **Eni**, we are looking for a **People Management** within **Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U.** **in **Santander, Spain.** You will be responsible for reporting to the HR Director, the selected person will be responsible for implementing and coordinating all activities related to People Management and Administration.

**As a member of** **HR Department at **Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U.** **you will be responsible for**:

- Implementing HR policies and tools set by the Group Management.
- Managing of Labor Relations and representation of the company before workers, official bodies, and social agents.
- Supervising and managing all the administrative procedures of the area.
- Recruitment and Selection. Needs Assessment
- Internal conflict resolution. Work climate monitoring and job satisfaction.
- Personnel administration. Legal-administrative management in selection and hiring, payroll and social security. Control of employee rights and duties.

**This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/Labor Relations and HR.
- Solid experience in a managerial position in Human Resources departments.
- Management of workforces of more than 100 people.
- Languages: Advanced level of oral and written English.
- Advanced level in office, ERP platforms, HR integrated packages.
