IRC - DEMAND & DELIVERY SPECIALIST ICT En Eni estamos buscando un Demand & Delivery Specialist ICT dentro de Plenitude en Santander, Espana.

Te responsabilizaras de coordinar las actividades de los distintos integradores de sistemas, tanto para coordinar los desarrollos para que sean compatibles entre si, como para coordinar las fases de pruebas integradas y lanzamiento a produccion.

Como miembro del Departamento ICT de Plenitude seras responsable de:

• Gestionar y priorizar las peticiones de evolucion de aplicaciones.
• Colaborar con los departamentos de negocio para gestionar la priorizacion de las peticiones, coordinar las pruebas de usuario previas al despliegue en produccion y, en general, asegurar que se cumplen las expectativas tanto en plazos como en funcionalidad.
• Planificar y gestionar iniciativas de proyectos.
• Supervisar las actividades de los integradores de sistemas, tanto certificando el analisis tecnico como supervisando y garantizando la calidad del software y los plazos.
• Trabajar con operaciones para encargarse de las intervenciones evolutivas para remediar problemas en produccion, asi como para transferir conocimientos sobre nuevos requisitos que vayan a entrar en produccion.
• Apoyar al departamento de TIC, informando directamente al Director de TI y colaborando con los colegas de linea encargados del funcionamiento de las propias aplicaciones.
• Ser el principal punto de contacto en la unidad de gestion de la entrega para todas las actividades relacionadas con las aplicaciones que dan soporte a los procesos empresariales (TIC).

You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the various system integrators, both to coordinate developments to ensure that they are compatible with each other, and to coordinate the integrated testing and production release phases.

As a member of the ICT Department at Plenitude you will be responsible for:

• Managing and prioritizing application evolution requests.
• Collaborating with business departments to manage the prioritization of requests, coordinate user testing prior to production deployment and generally ensure that expectations are met in terms of both timing and functionality.
• Planning and managing project initiatives.
• Overseeing the activities of system integrators, both by certifying technical analysis and by monitoring and ensuring software quality and timelines.
• Working with operations to take charge of evolutionary interventions to remedy problems in production, as well as to transfer knowledge of new requirements going into production.
• Support the ICT department, reporting directly to the IT Manager, and collaborating with line colleagues in charge of running the applications themselves.
• Be the main point of contact in the delivery management unit for all activities related to applications that support business processes (ICT).
