IRC - IT INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST At Eni, we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist within Plenitude Iberia in Santander, Spain.

You will be responsible for verifying compliance with the objectives set in terms of cost, time, and quality of the released product.

This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business, which will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.

As a member of the IT Department at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for:

  • Supervision and monitoring of infrastructure management by external suppliers.
  • Management of projects related to the technological obsolescence of systems through the supervision of software lifecycle management processes.
  • Management of projects aimed at the introduction of new technologies in both cloud and on-premises contexts.
  • Management of projects for the migration of systems to cloud solutions.
  • Supporting the development of application deployment plans.
  • Identification of problems and definition of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drafting of technical documentation appropriate to the solutions.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Experience in infrastructure architecture of cloud solutions (requirements gathering, detailed design through to implementation).
  • Basic skills in the main services offered by Microsoft, Google and AWS cloud providers.
  • Knowledge of complex project management methodologies both classical and agile.
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes according to the ITIL model, in particular: o Incident Management/Problem Management o Change Management / Demand Management o Configuration Management / Release and Deployment
  • Ability to coordinate external resources.
  • Ability to define priorities for different ICT projects.
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Communication and relational skills, both written and oral.
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Flexibility and change management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, combined with a willingness to take on responsibility.
