La familia Xior busca **un/a recepcionista (H/M)** dinámico/a y polivalente, con ganas de sumarse a una residencia de estudiantes con 191 plazas en el Campus de la UPC, Besos en **Barcelona **en un entorno educativo y con un paquete exclusivo de servicios y alojamiento con un ambiente excepcional.

**Funciones y tareas**:

- **Recepción**:

- Gestión check in - check out
- Control de llaves y tarjetas
- Recepción y gestión de correo y paquetería
- Control del edificio y coordinación entre las diferentes áreas (limpieza, restauración, mantenimiento, jardinería)
- Gestión de incidencias del cliente alojado
- Aplicación de protocolos previstos en situaciones de emergencia
- **Reservas y ventas**:

- Soporte a la oficina de administración
- Gestión de reservas
- Acompañamiento en tour por las instalaciones a visitas, futuros clientes y Open Days
- Acompañamiento en visitas de inspección
- Venta directa
- Gestión de reservas salas comunes (operativa incluida)

**Requisitos**:

- Se valorará positivamente estudios en relación a Industria de la Hospitalidad, el Turismo y Administración de Empresas (grados formativos, diplomaturas...)
- Idiomas: Castellano - nativo e Ingles nível muy alto
- Conocimientos IT: Paquete Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Inquietud y conocimiento en redes sociales y nuevas tecnologías
- Conocimientos de atención al cliente, planificación y organización
- Experiência en actividades que requieran trato directo con el cliente.

Te integrarás en un equipo dinámico. El puesto requiere trabajar por turnos, con un horario rotativo de 40 horas semanales, planificadas de lunes a domingo de 07:00 a 23:00 con los correspondientes descansos semanales y vacaciones.
