**Descripción del puesto**:
Apoyar a los responsables del cine en la gestión, motivación y supervisión del equipo, además de asegurar una buena experiência del cliente en todo su recorrido, ofreciendo una atención ejemplar, un liderazgo inspirador y una gestión operativa del cine excelente.

Trabajo a tiempo parcial de **30 horas**.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ser un modelo a seguir, trabajo mano a mano con el equipo para asegurar una experiência del cliente perfecta, siendo responsable de asegurar e incrementar la satisfacción a través de SHINE.
- Maximizar el rendimiento (performance) y potencial del equipo a través de formación en el día a día, feedback constructivo y coaching con el objetivo de desarrollar y potenciar habilidades y rendimiento.
- Asegurar que se cumplan los procedimientos de CINESA, asegurando los requerimientos operacionales y de seguridad.
- Asegurar un alto nível de estándares operacionales y comerciales, asegurando que la experiência del cliente tiene consistencia independientemente del lugar y hora de su visita.
- Impulsar y contribuir a la maximización de nuestros KPIs asegurando que el equipo dispone de las herramientas necesarias para implementar todas las iniciativas y estrategias locales y nacionales de manera excepcional.
- Asegurarse que contamos con la persona adecuada en el lugar adecuado en el momento adecuado y que se implementa un control correcto de costes, stock y bienes.

**Requisitos**:

- Se valorará experiência en gestión y motivación de equipos altamente efectivos.
- Estudios mínimos deseados: Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior
- Idiomas: Valorable nível de Inglés
- Dominio de herramientas informáticas (Office)
- Recomendable carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
- Estamos buscando un perfil decidido, perspicaz, con gran habilidad de trabajo en equipo y de liderazgo de equipos que ayude a desarrollar el equipo.
- Persona orientada a resultados, controlando las métricas y los KPI’s y con capacidad de análisis.
