**Job description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Process accounting transactions and entries
- Maintain records, generate reports and financial statements through data entry
- File and manage accounting documentation
- Track income/expenses on third-party platforms
- Keep vendor and customer data updated
- Reconcile accounts (e.g. banks, customers, suppliers)
- Facilitate supplier payments and invoice customers
- Assist the head of finance with administrative tasks
- Participate in end-of-month closing process
- File monthly tax forms
- Handle accounting responsibilities for all companies within the group

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Administration and Finance
- 1+ years of related experience
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of common accounting documents (e.g. invoices, credit notes)
- Good communication skills and ability to adapt
- Proficient in accounting software, Excel and Google Sheets, familiarity with SAP preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (business level)
