**Job description**:
As a Implementation Project Manager, you will have cross-functional link with the Product and Business teams, and your time will be split between managing VMS accounts, both in deployment and in operation, the continuous improvement of the underlying processes and the development of VMS-related Product & Service offerings.

You will support a team of deployment project managers in their daily missions and in achieving their objectives.

You will also support our customers in the configuration and use of their account:

- Ensure the quality of the customers' deployment throughout the Onboarding process while ensuring their adherence to the Solution.
- Organise and lead functional and technical analysis sessions as well as regular Project Committees
- Develop all the necessary supports for the Onboarding of your customers: Project roadmap, technical and functional presentations, user processes, etc.
- Manage the functional configuration and carry out the technical configuration of the platform on behalf of your clients
- Advise and support your customers on the use of the LittleBIG Connection VMS solution
- Ensure the satisfaction of your customers, project contacts as well as end users or service providers.

You will collaborate daily with all the LittleBIG Connection teams:

- Collaborate on a daily basis with all Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Sales, Marketing, etc... teams.
- Manage technical requests such as API integrations & interfacing, or SSO authentications with our IT and Product teams
- Ensure continuous improvement of Onboarding support with the Implementation, Customer Success and Marketing teams
- Exchange with the Sales team on the business needs of your customers

You will work on our product and contribute to its evolution:

- Ensure the training sessions of the solution to all users, whether they are administrators or operational managers; or providers
- Be responsible for the qualification of the functional and technical needs of your clients and contribute to the prioritisation of the associated evolutions with the aim of passing them on to the dedicated teams for an in-depth analysis
- Organise and lead workshops between your customers and our product teams

You will work closley with our Implementation Team Manager for French and international clients, who has been with LittleBIG Connection for one and a half years. He has taken up the challenge of building and developing a team dedicated to supporting our clients in their Onboarding.

**Ideal profile**:

- You have a business or engineering degree and wish to work in a scale-up environment
- You have between 2 and 4 years experience in project management and customer relations, ideally in a VMS, SaaS or software package environment
- You are perfectly at ease in a changing environment, in constant evolution where curiosity will be your ally
- You are a real firefighter with a strong desire to find answers to the problems you will encounter
- You are proactive, result-oriented and have a real sense of customer relations and support
- You speak fluently French and English
