**Our Offer**:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and experienced Customer Implementation Manager interested in having a high-impact role in a **fast-growing scale-up**.

As the Customer Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Smeetz’s ticketing solution at customer locations. You will be responsible for planning and executing projects efficiently, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The position is **open immediately**. As travels are involved, the location can be discussed. We have a preference for France or Barcelona. The salary will be discussed during interviews.

Smeetz is a unified commerce SaaS powered by AI sales optimization for visitor attractions. We provide our customers with an all-in-one solution to manage, market, and price their products efficiently by leveraging data and approaching sales from a tech-savvy perspective. Our customers range from attraction parks and museums to theatres.

Smeetz has headquarters in Switzerland and was founded 4 years ago. Since then, we have expanded in France, the UK and Germany.

**What you will do**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process of our solution, managing communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure successful completion of project deliverables and mitigate project risks, including system configuration, customization, data migration, and testing.
- Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders, including clients, internal tech and business teams, and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, support, and sales, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure ongoing client success post-implementation.
- Travel to customer locations as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of **French** and **English**, German would be a plus.
- Demonstrate exceptional **communication and presentation skills**, both written and verbal.
- Skilled at building relationships and understanding business requirements of customers.
- **Dynamic and proactive**, with an exceptional sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills and capable of working autonomously while ensuring successful teamwork.
- Possesses a tenacious **hacker-mindset**, adept at finding creative solutions and acting quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to handle pressure.
- Experience with **project management tools** and methodologies.
- Proven experience with software implementation, coupled with a high degree of comfort and proficiency in working with diverse tech products and equipment
- Strong willingness and ability to **travel extensively** throughout Europe to meet with clients and implement Smeetz’s solution on-site.
- High flexibility, including the ability to be departed at short notice and work outside regular business days/hours.
