SaaS Implementation Manager en hibrido. Hays Technology colabora con una empresa Tech con HQ en USA que desarrolla implementa y mejora la cadena de suministro de sus clientes (B2B) gracias a su producto de Software as a Service. Buscamos un IT SaaS Senior Implementation Consultant para asumir un rol de IT Implementation Manager de SaaS. Requisitos - Grado en Ingeniería Informática o Industrial Bussiness Administration o similar. - Experiencia total de +5 años en proyectos de implementación de SaaS. - Liderazgo de proyectos y/o equipos por +3 años. - Experto funcional con conocimientos técnicos para dirigir equipos internacionales. - Valorable experiencia en ofrecer soluciones IT para la industria/sector Supply Chain. - Capacidad para viajar un 25 anual. - Inglés fluido (must). Funciones - Rol enfocado a proyectos tomas de requerimientos planificaciones estratégicas etc. - Promover ideas y la estrategica para la implementación de los procesos de SaaS. - Liderar proyectos E2E dentro del área de planificación y lanzamiento del producto. - Gestión de los stakeholders internos y externos para brindar soluciones y entregar proyectos. - Asegurar el producto mantenimiento formaciones a usuarios y posterior seguimiento. - Gestión y control de las diferentes soluciones a todas las incidencias.
