**Job description**:
**Your LittleBig Mission**:
Embark on an exhilarating journey with us as a Senior Implementation Project Manager, where you'll be the
guiding star for our strategic customers, navigating them through the intricate maze of configuring and
deploying their accounts on our cutting-edge Vendor Management System platform. Your expertise will not
just facilitate a seamless transition; it will redefine how businesses manage their vendor relationships,
empowering them with unparalleled efficiency and insight.

**Your LittleBig Impact**:
As the architect of the customer success, you will:
✔ Craft bespoke onboarding experiences, assembling a toolkit of project roadmaps, technical insights,
and user processes that demystify complexity.

✔ Lead the charge in functional and technical explorations, steering regular project governance
meetings to ensure milestones are not just met but exceeded. We have a culture to over deliver.

✔ Innovate customer purchasing processes, offering strategic counsel on system configurations that
elevate their operations. You won’t just configure the client processes on our VMS but enhance the
way they work by using industry best practices and surprise them with your expertise.

✔ Oversee the meticulous gathering of data and spearhead the functional setup of our VMS, ensuring
each customer's unique needs are met with precision.

✔ Navigate the technical landscape of API integrations, SSO authentications, and more, in collaboration
with our ace Technical Project Managers / Developers.

✔ Conduct transformative training sessions that not only educate but inspire all users, from
administrators to operational maestros and vendors, fostering a deep connection with our platform.

Your collaboration will extend beyond customer interfaces, joining forces with our Business team to refine
implementation strategies, and with Product Managers to deepen your product mastery and channel
customer insights back into our innovation cycle. Together with the LittleBig Connection teams, you'll refine
and revolutionize our configuration practices and internal processes.

✔ A visionary with a business or engineering degree, eager to scale heights in a dynamic startup
environment.

✔ A seasoned navigator of project management and customer engagement, with 3 to 5 years of
experience, preferably in the realms of VMS, SaaS, or software solutions.

✔ A chameleon, thriving in the ever-evolving tech landscape, fueled by curiosity and an unquenchable
thirst for knowledge.

✔ A problem-solver at heart, ready to extinguish fires and illuminate solutions with zeal.

✔ A tech aficionado, with a voracious appetite for understanding and leveraging the latest in
