We are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for our team in Barcelona as well as the UK (full remote). The objectives of the role are to drive the delivery of the finance transformation related projects in respect of deliverables, timeline, and budget, to establish and run an effective project management governance and to propose corrective actions in conjunction with the project teams to ensure successful project implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Engage with key stakeholders to identify project objectives and key products to be delivered
- Develop project specifications, agree project plan baseline including scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, milestones, and deadlines
- Manage process with agreed governance structures and processes via steering committees and senior leaders sponsorship, and ensure escalations and required decisions are addressed in a timely manner
- Drive effective project resource management to ensure availability and capability are in place to deliver objectives
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications and assured expectation management, ensuring effective collaboration across all teams
- Perform stakeholder and change management activities by identifying areas of concerns & resistance and prepare mitigation strategies to ensure smooth implementation and successful benefits realization
- Drive project execution; track delivery; expect, monitor, and control change, own change management; pro-actively seek and resolve blockers
- Record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems and provide and communicate timely information to relevant parties

- Very good leadership and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management across all levels
- Ability to motivate teams to produce high quality results within tight time frames
- Experience with standard project governance and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to relate confidently and professionally to others
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, working effectively across multiple projects to demanding deadlines
