SumUp enables merchants to offer state-of-the-art payment solutions for their online businesses. This tribe plays a key role in working towards SumUp's vision of operating a 360° full-cycle payments solution provider.

As a PreSales Representative in Barcelona, you'll be a key contributor to the Spanish sales team's overall success.

**What you'll do**
- Contact inbound prospects in accordance with planned goals
- Pay attention to engagement time to contact prospects in the shortest possible time.
- Leverage SumUp POS tools to capture qualification information in a standardized manner and maintain high data quality.
- Promote the SumUp POS ecosystem and address potential objections to strengthen future customer engagement.
- Convert as many qualification calls as possible into appointments for Account Executives, in line with SumUp objectives
- Reactivate leads as appropriate.

**About you**
- Fluent in** Spanish and English **both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong telephone presence and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Self-starter, highly motivated, goal oriented, fearless, ambitious, team player
- Previous experience in the F&B (food and beverage) sector is a plus
- Knowledge of Hubspot / Salesforce (CRM) would be a plus
- Data driven to make the right decisions
