Sie arbeiten im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem weltweit führenden Unternehmen im Bereich der Biowissenschaften, das für seine hochwertigen Forschungsprodukte bekannt ist. Die breite Produktpalette des Unternehmens bietet Lösungen für verschiedene Labortypen.

**In dieser spannenden Funktion stehen Sie in engem Kontakt mit Laboren, um die Geschäftsaktivitäten in dem ausgewählten Marktgebiet zu steigern.**

**Was werden Sie tun?**

Sie führen täglich ausgehende Telefonanrufe durch und beantworten E-Mails zu Kundenanfragen und erkennen und erschließen neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im ausgewählten Marktgebiet
Sie stellen die Kundenzufriedenheit durch hervorragende Kundenbetreuung bei jedem Kontakt während des gesamten Verkaufszyklus sicher.
Proaktives Erkennen von Cross
- und Up-Selling-Möglichkeiten und Erschließen neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
Bindung und Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstamms
Interpretation der Kundenbedürfnisse und proaktives Handeln, um diese Bedürfnisse zu verstehen

**Ihr Profil**
Ein Hochschulabschluss in Biologie, Biochemie, Chemie, Biotechnologie, Biomedizin oder ähnlichen Bereichen ist von Vorteil.
Ausgeprägte technische Begabung und die Fähigkeit, komplexe wissenschaftliche Konzepte schnell zu erlernen und zu verstehen.
Fähigkeit, mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenzuarbeiten, einschließlich Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktentwicklung.
Frühere Vertriebserfahrung in der Verwaltung eigener Verkaufstrichter und in engem Kontakt mit Kunden.
Muttersprachliche Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache mit ausgezeichneten Englischkenntnissen (in Wort und Schrift) sind erforderlich.
Frühere Erfahrungen mit dem Verkauf von Analyseinstrumenten (CMR) und Microsoft Office sind wünschenswert.
Multitasking-Fähigkeit und Detailorientierung.
Kenntnisse von Business Intelligence-Tools.
Motivation und Persönlichkeit, die Kundenzufriedenheit in einem Umfeld mit mehreren Interessengruppen anstrebt.
Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einer Laborumgebung oder im Dienstleistungsvertrieb.
Erfahrung in einer Callcenter-Umgebung mit ausgehenden Anrufen.
Erfahrung in einer Laborumgebung oder im Dienstleistungsverkauf.
