We are in search of a highly skilled Mechanical Field Service Technician (Steam, Gas, Generator) to join our team at Siemens Energy. This position presents an outstanding chance to work with state-of-the-art technology and be part of a dynamic team committed to shaping the future of energy.

**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
A typical day will involve driving various mechanical tasks and activities during the maintenance of large gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators in different countries. You will be part of a team that guarantees reliable performance and dependability of our equipment, always following strict safety and quality standards.

**Main Tasks**:

- Perform hands-on mechanical works during the maintenance and installation of gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to successfully implement solutions.
- Collaborate with international and multi-culturally diverse teams to determine and compete tasks efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Document and report on maintenance activities and findings.
- Offer technical support and mentorship to customers and team members.
- Be ready to be mobilized at short notice for urgent maintenance needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a hands-on mechanical technician.
- Specific experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, or generators will be highly valuable.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to read and understand technical drawings and communicate effectively.
- Ability to read, understand, and work with complex engineering drawings.
- Willingness to travel and work worldwide under a flexible working regime.
- Preparedness to work for extended periods away from home.
- Great teammate with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in diverse environments.
- Strong dedication to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Passion and vocation for field service work.
