**Your tasks**:
In your role as Customer Support Manager, your mission is to be the first point of contact for our customers with any questions they may have about our F24 solutions and to ensure that problems are solved quickly. You therefore have a direct influence on the satisfaction of our customers. In this way, you also strengthen the long-standing successful partnerships and the continued success of F24.

What can you contribute to our success:

- With your open and customer-oriented manner, you provide our customers with the necessary (technical) support in first and second level support
- You support us in actively promoting customer loyalty measures
- You are part of the 24/7 Customer Support team
- The creation and continuous development of expert knowledge for all our product lines is a matter of course for you
- You will actively participate in current and future customer support projects or take them over independently
- Through your interaction with the customer, sales and the product team, you will form an important interface and increase the value of our services.

**You**:

- speak German, English and a further language (French or Spanish)
- have the willingness to familiarise yourself with partly complex technical and professional content and to continuously improve.
- have a service-, customer
- and solution-oriented approach (maximum customer satisfaction is your driving force).
- have a professional and engaging manner and are a good listener.
- ideally have experience in customer support or internal sales.
