Wholesale Area Manager

**Pronovias Group**, the leader in the Bridal sector, is looking for a high-performing **Wholesale Area Manager **to join our headquarters in Barcelona.
Reporting to the Wholesale Director, the Wholesale Area Manager will be responsible for the Sales Development and Coordination of the owned area.
***Responsibilities**:
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the area.
- Managing and coordinating a team of agents in the territory.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Coordinating the area in accordance with the Pronovias Group directions and policies.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
- Available to travel 60% of the time, within the terrirory assigned and to the HQ in Barcelona.
