Wholesale Internship

**Your challenge & roles**:

- Clients management
- Wholesale operations & client support coordinator
- Sales analysis assistant

**Your responsibilities**:
Clients management
- Provide personalized attention and support to ensure clients and agencies feel valued and understood.
- Prepare product samples, ensuring each embodies client-specific needs and exemplifies our offer.
- Assist the wholesale and marketing teams in identifying new business opportunities.

Wholesale operations & client support coordinator
- Update customer information and account details in the company's CRM system
- Provide product and pricing information to customers as needed
- Assisting in drops, and re-orders
- Inputting orders into our CRM system, guaranteeing precision and accuracy.
- Follow-up with clients to ensure seamless delivery
- Coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure our products reach the end customer seamlessly.
- Coordinate and execute updates to ensure the B2B platform remains current and relevant.
- Sales analysis assistant
- Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify patterns and trends in customer purchasing behavior for B2B transactions.
- Incorporate customer feedback into the analysis, considering comments on product satisfaction, delivery experiences, and any areas of improvement.
- Actively engage in ongoing learning to enhance analytical skills and stay informed about industry trends influencing B2B sales

Skills & Background
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Experience in customer service or sales support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- English's a must
