The Digital Asset Management (DAM) team operates across Galderma's 3 business units (Aesthetics, Prescription and Consumer care), all Countries, Global Medical Affairs and Supply Chain.

Galderma is using the same technology to approve and manage content across all businesses, and this role is crucial to ensure key processes are trained, understood and followed flawlessly across the organization.

The role reports to the Digital Assets Lead, who is responsible to set the overall direction of the platform, align on the long term roadmap, and implement required changes.

In this challenging and dynamic role, the ‘’Digital Assets Business Process Owner’’ will ensure:

- the end to end support processes underpinning MLR (Medical, Legal and Regulatory) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) are fit for purpose and are properly documented
- the system support to those processes is robust and adapts to the changing requirements of the business, whilst remaining compliant
- there is an agile way to address an increasing number of requirements related to new digitally enabled business models

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth flow of support to the end to end digital assets supply chain (packaging artworks and promotional & non promotional materials)
- Support the Digital Assets Lead in owning the tool supporting the E2E digital assets supply chain (Vault PromoMats) from a functional perspective and the relationship with its vendor Veeva
- Ensure Vault PromoMats is effectively and efficiently used and its validated status is kept at all times
- Ensure training approach for the system Super and End User community remains fit for purpose
- Manage user profile allocation and access management process
- Develop and maintain a dashboard to allow key user organizations an easy overview of key elements like throughput, re-use, process robustness, etc.
- Coordinate the Super User pool
- Own the global communications on the underlying support processes and systems to Super and End Users
- Develop and maintain key documentation (SOPs, WIs, etc.) from a process and system perspective together with the system TO

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's (preferable) Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain and/or any relevant degree
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, at least 3 years’ experience on Medical, Legal, Regulatory review or Digital Assets Management processes is a must
- Proven experience on one of the main DAM/MLR technologies (e.g. Veeva Vault PromoMats)
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)/ a second language is an asset
- Good knowledge of project management and change management
- Strong experience in working in complex matrix organizations
- Able to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment
- Demonstrated track record of problem solving, identifying root causes to issues and proactively resolving problems
