The Digital Asset Management (DAM) team operates across Galderma's 3 business units (Aesthetics, Prescription and Consumer care), all Countries, Global Medical Affairs and Supply Chain.


Galderma is using the same technology to approve and manage content across all businesses, and this role is crucial to ensure alignment with main functions, and handle the overall lifecycle management of our DAM platform.

In this challenging and dynamic role, the 'Digital Assets Lead' will ensure:

  • The definition and execution of the strategic roadmap for DAM for Galderma
  • The end to end definition of the MLR (Medical, Legal and Regulatory) and DAM (Digital Asset Management), ensuring fit to Galderma's strategic priorities for digital as well as offline content
  • The orchestration of Digital Asset Management and MLR across Commercial, Medical and Supply Chain
  • The definition of underpinning support models and processes (Business and IT side) for the three functions
  • The prioritization of deliverables across the different functions

Key responsibilities:

  • Define the roadmap for Digital Asset Management to fit Galderma needs
  • Lead and manage the crossfunctional governance body, CAB (Change Advisory Board) to manage the processes & the tool (e.g. configuration of the system)
  • Ensure that the right operating model is in place, i.e. overall coordination, responsible parties nominated in all key areas, clear ways of working by external digital librarians, etc.
  • Define and embed clear Roles and Responsibilities across Commercial, Supply Chain, Medical and IT
  • Own the relationship with Veeva and act as a SME for Vault Promomats
  • Design and execute change management in embedding tool and processes across markets and GBUs, and establish a training curriculum both for internal employees and external agencies
  • Ensure Vault PromoMats is effectively and efficiently used and ensure IT keeps its validated status at all times
  • Define key metrics of success, and run regular performance reviews with leadership to ensure Galderma approach to content generation ana management is fit for purpose

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's (preferable) Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain and/or any relevant degree
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role, at least 5 years' experience on Medical, Legal, Regulatory review or Digital Assets Management processes is a must
  • Experience in running a global implementation, across countries and functions, of MLR-DAM is requited
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral)/ a second language is an asset
  • Proven knowledge of Veeva Vault Promomats. Admin certification is nice to have.
  • Experience in Life Science Industry
  • Good knowledge of project management and change management
  • Strong experience in working in complex matrix organizations
  • Able to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment
