El equipo de Recursos Humanos de W Barcelona está buscando un Administrador con ganas y pasión por su trabajo.

El día a día de un Administrador en W Barcelona incluye, entre otras funciones:

- Encargarse de la administración de todas las áreas del departamento (training, recruitment, payroll y oficina).
- Encargarse de que los ficheros del personal están correctos y con toda la documentación.
- Dar soporte al Training Manager durante las formaciones, asignación de cursos, reports mensuales etc.
- Dar soporte al Recruitment durante la temporada alta.
- Mantener la plataforma de Mhub al día y acorde con los estándares de Marriott.
- Dar soporte en las bienvenidas de los talentos, firma de documentación etc.

El equipo de RRHH está formado por ocho personas. Buscamos un administrador con personalidad W, emprendedor, energético, divertidos, curioso, innovador y atrevido.

Perfecto uso de español y buen nível de inglés son necesarios (tanto escrito como hablado).
