Job summary
Serves as first line support of service delivery for Human Resources inquiries for CrowdStrike.Provides high-quality support as the primary contact for applicants, employees, and former employees.Handles inquiries regarding the employment life-cycle and human resources related transactions.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Provides case management and timely resolution for first-level inquiries from key stakeholders and colleagues.• Identifies and prioritizes non-routine employee inquiries/transactions and serves as an employee advocate.• Promotes the use of employee self-service tools and monitors and analyzes the helpdesk for trending inquiries.• Serves as a subject matter expert for HR processes and procedures.• Assists in benefits administration and coordinates the company's Day 1 employee onboarding program.• Requires on-site presence at the Barcelona office once a week or as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or related business field coupled with 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources.• Experience with onboarding and processing HR related transactions.• Experience as first line of contact for employees or customer service-related role.• Process improvement, training, communication, and project management skills.• Superb attention to detail and excellent verbal and written skills.• Comfortable with full Microsoft Office suite.• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.• Ability to work cross-functionally, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to work at all levels in an organization and across different cultures.• Fluency in English required.
