Job summary
Serves as first line support of service delivery for Human Resources inquiries for CrowdStrike.
Provides high-quality support as the primary contact for applicants, employees, and former employees.
Handles inquiries regarding the employment life-cycle and human resources related transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provides case management and timely resolution for first-level inquiries from key stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Identifies and prioritizes non-routine employee inquiries/transactions and serves as an employee advocate.
  • Promotes the use of employee self-service tools and monitors and analyzes the helpdesk for trending inquiries.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for HR processes and procedures.
  • Assists in benefits administration and coordinates the company's Day 1 employee onboarding program.
  • Requires on-site presence at the Barcelona office once a week or as needed.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related business field coupled with 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with onboarding and processing HR related transactions.
  • Experience as first line of contact for employees or customer service-related role.
  • Process improvement, training, communication, and project management skills.
  • Superb attention to detail and excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Comfortable with full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work at all levels in an organization and across different cultures.
  • Fluency in English required.
