ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Leica Geosystems is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our HR team to provide essential support in recruitment activities & HR administrative tasks. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Recruitment Support:

Actively source potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.Assist in the preparation of interview materials and documentation.Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and update candidate statuses.Provide timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on internal and external platforms.Participate in recruitment-related meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and strategies.HR Administrative Support:Coordinate onboarding activities: support the onboarding experience by maintaining accurate documentation on the server, including induction materials, contracts, and probation period records.Ensuring compliance with regulations through reporting business trips to social security authorities.Streamline the onboarding/offboarding process by promptly and efficiently handling equipment requests from employees through completion of necessary forms and documentation.Work in our vendor's platform regarding employee data and flexible benefitsEDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / COMPUTER SKILLS:Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in recruitment roles Spanish and English (fluent written and verbal) is a pre-requisite. Any further language is a strong advantageCOMPANY BENEFITSCompetitive remuneration package: fixed part + bonus paid 2 times a year in March and September.
