International Executive Programs Sales Support

IESE is one of the world's leading international graduate business schools. IESE is looking for a person responsible for assisting the International Executive Programs Sales Team. Coordinating and implementing the commercial plan, contributing, and supporting to lead generation. Responsible for communicating and resolving customers’ requests. Coordinate sales support materials, updating documents and the website. Analyzing and reporting results from the media campaigns and performing benchmarking studies and administrative tasks.
**Key Responsabilities**:
- Coordinate implementation of the commercial Plan
- Execute events planning and delivery on the ground.
- Control tracking results and propose solutions in the media plan to improve results.
- Prepare statistics and control metrics to assess the performance and return of the annual marketing plan.
- Distribution of leads
- Produce online promotional material according to the different promotional plans of every program (editing HTML, registration forms, webinars, and website)
- Produce documents and slides in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and sessions.
- Quality control of leads and contacts (upload in databases, follow-up of correct information)
- Support sales/program directors.
- Understand statistics and control metrics to assess the promotional actions' performance.
- Perform benchmarking studies.
- Monitor admission performance targets and provide updated information on relevant indicators for the assigned programs (funnel, class profile, etc.)
- Collaborate in the social selling initiatives (helping in the production of materials and distribution)
- Assist in the administrative part of the admissions process, invoicing, and follow-up of payments.
- Lead specific projects for the team from beginning to end.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- English native speaker requirement, working proficiency in Spanish.
- Ability to work diplomatically and effectively.
- Knowledge of databases. (Salesforce, Pardot, oracle)
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to balance multiple projects.
- Sales-oriented and customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills.

**Training and Experience**:
- University degree or equivalent with at least 6 years of experience. Preferably in marketing, communications, and sales.
- High computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Previous experience in SalesForce, Pardot, PeopleSoft will be highly appreciated.
- Demonstrable experience in a sales support position, preferably in the education sector.
