**Main Responsibilities and tasks**

We are looking for a graduate with an excellent professional track, a strong international background and preferable experience in management consulting, executive development and organizational transformation.

As a professional within our Executive Education division, you will work in a motivated and fun international team of dedicated, experienced and talented professionals. We expect fluent English and full international mobility.

The main purpose is to proactively lead the development of a corporate client portfolio at an international level, to strengthen IESE’s position as a worldwide leader in management development. The role will entail establishing strategic relationships between IESE Custom programs and faculty with potential client partners and support the custom programs development process from proactive sales through transformational journey design and implementation. Understanding strategic challenges, the transformational needs of an organization and how to translate them into an impactful value add learning journey for top executives is critical for success. Strong stakeholder management skills are a must.

**Tasks**:

- Business development: to pro-actively present and sell strategic high impact Custom Programs, to diverse organizations including multinational corporations, family businesses, professional associations, and not-profits by visits to top executives in the sectors. This business development involves establishing a target organization plan considering the mission of IESE, strategic regions and faculty interest and expertise.
- Analyze and understand customer training needs and expectations: The jobholder will colaborate with the IESE Faculty and the custom partner in the design of the transformational programs, adapting them to the needs and objectives defined by clients with a detailed focus on maximizing impact on participants and their company. This includes understanding the strategy and culture of the organization and designing a transformational program for leaders that is a catalyst of positive transformation and change.
- Program Implementation during its duration: Hospitality and care of all program participants. Supervision of the staff who will provide logistic support in the IESE Campus (rooms, training materials, schedules...) during related programs. Ongoing attention on content delivery and participant impact during implementation to make just in time design adjustments to guarantee maximum program impact. Scouting of facilities and set-up for international delivery locations is also a critical element.
- Partner Relationship Management: Exquisite relationship management with a boutique approach for all partners of custom programs is critical. These partners include corporate c-suite members, HR development counterparts, senior faculty and design and implementation partners (eg. Other world recognized universities, training and development providers, etc.).

**Education and experience***
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. / B.A.), preferably in Business Studies.
- MBA at a top ranking European or American school would be desirable.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in business development, project management or consulting, and executive development and all with a proven international focus will be highly valued.
- Experience with learning methodologies and on-line learning implementation is needed.
- English fluency and other languages such as German will be valued.
- A working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage, although initially this is not essential.

**Key competences***
- Empathy, with sensibility to perceive the various points of view, needs and opinions of others and mainly of company clients is needed. As well as the ability to connect and relate to people and to negotiate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with diverse constituency, including c-suite executives, senior faculty and administrators.
- Organizational skills and able to plan and manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Flexibility to manage the unexpected.
- Client and service orientation, having a spirit for giving service.
- Results oriented: highly motivated to achieve objectives, both individually and as part of a team.
- Global mentality, being able to work with people from different backgrounds and keep an open mind to different needs.
- Resource management, including budget management.

**Working dynamic***
- Travel required will vary.
- Volatile working schedule - there are weeks and months of peak intense hours and travel as well as weeks and months of increased downtime.
- On occasion it is necessary to work on local holidays for international lead follow-up and program implementation.
