As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a key role in shaping Mantu's future by attracting and recruiting top talents to support our ambitious growth.
Your Missions
Qualify and analyze hiring needs transmitted by managers.
Conduct pre-selection interviews via phone or virtual meetings.
Proactively approach and promote Mantu on job boards and social networks.
Benchmark recruitment processes and propose improvements for job offer content.
Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and enhance the recruitment strategy.
Your Profile
**Academic background**: Master's degree in Business, Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Interest in recruitment and a proactive mindset.
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes is a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of generative AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity is a plus.

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.
