**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute category process development strategies to drive growth and increase the company's market share in key accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within Tesco and Dunnes, including the development of customized products.
- Manage stock effectively to ensure optimal product availability and inventory management.
- Provide comprehensive oversight of the company's product portfolio, including pricing negotiations and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Country Manager, Key Account Manager, and cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless execution of retail strategy.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant account management experience in FMCG, focusing on key customers such as Dunnes, and Tesco.
- Own and drive the retail strategy for the company.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of large grocery retail customers in Ireland and their market context.
- Experience in building plans and negotiating JBPs (Joint Business Plans) and P&Ls.
- Ability to negotiate terms and investments.
- Strong customer relationship-building skills with a customer-centric focus.
