**FUNCIONES**:

- Gestión de altas y bajas, its, variaciones, etc. Tramitación en la Seguridad Social y Sistema Red
- Gestión de la plataforma de control de presencia.
- Contratación de personal: gestión de documentación, confección del contrato y anexos, tramitación.
- Resolución de incidencias y consultas laborales a los empleados y comunicación con ellos (incidencias en nómina, liquidaciones, ITs, vacaciones, enfermedad etc.) y Atención al empleado (Justificantes médicos, permisos, nóminas, etc.)
- Confección y revisión de nóminas no para hacerlas, pero si para explicar a los empleados.
- Control de vencimientos de contratos.
- Mantenimiento y evolución de la base de datos de empleados intranet y otras plataformas de interacción, así como los archivos físicos y digitales.
- Control de presupuesto de RRHH.
- Elaboración, lanzamiento y análisis de encuestas internas (clima laboral, teletrabajo, formación, ).
- Gestión de cursos de formación y tramitación en FUNDAE.
- Análisis de datos y extracción de informes de rotación.
- Contacto y gestión de proveedores de servicios (seguro médico, wellness, servicio de prevención ajeno para las especialidades que no queden cubiertas con el servicio propio, )
- Comunicación continua con otros departamentos para asegurar la coordinación entre áreas.

**REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS**:

- Formación en Derecho o Relaciones Laborales, Graduado Social, FP Rama Administrativa o similares.
- Titulación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
- Nível avanzado de Paquete de Microsoft Office y otros entornos digitales.
- Alta capacidad analítica y con atención al detalle.
- Persona **proactiva y resolutiva,** con buena organización y acostumbrada a trabajar en multitarea y bajo presión.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares en gestorías, despachos profesionales o departamento de RRHH.
- Se valorará experiência en la gestión de entornos internacionales, conocimientos de inglés y/o francés
