- To ensure guest satisfaction, taking care of them from booking to the end of their stay.
- To personalise services according to guests' needs and wishes, adapting the different proposals and accommodating exceptions as far as possible.
- Providing guests with a luxurious service by showing a refined, intuitive and attractive attitude.
- Ensuring guests' privacy and security by protecting confidential information.
- Proactivity and openness to cooperation with other departments when necessary.
- Showing a respectful, attentive and courteous attitude in dealing with guests, staff and colleagues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in the Guest Relations department in a luxury hotel.
- English and Spanish C1. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
- Degree in Hospitality.
