What You'll Do
- Develop our Swiss market territory by prospecting potential clients, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.
- Qualify and understand your prospects business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions
- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
- Work and collaborate with the internal teams to help close sales opportunities.
- Travel to customer sites across your territory to support your sales efforts.

What You'll Need
- 2+ years of solid Enterprise Account Executive experience (solution selling/challenger selling).
- Fluent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in English. (German is a plus)
- Proven track record of closing large contracts while managing a pipeline of complex, key accounts.
- Ability to call high and build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
- Team player, go-getter, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable.
