The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is looking for an Administrative Support to work in the financial area of the Administrative Support Unit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Purchasing orders and reporting of research projects:

- Processing purchasing orders and their follow-up.
- Reporting of research projects - including intermediate and final reports and control of abstracts, presentations, posters to ensure publicity on funding.
- Management of invoices, payments and control of the budget of the research groups.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or VET Training in Business Administration.
- Proof of experience in similar positions: 2 years working as an administrative support in a research centre or University will be appreciated.
- Catalan, Spanish and English level: fluent conversation (certificates not required).
- Good knowledge about Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

We offer:

- A permanent full-time employment contract.
- Remuneration according to individual’s qualification/experience.
- Salary split in twelve monthly payments.
- Incorporation: Immediate.
- Structural position resulting from the ordinary reposition quota for 2024.
