**position description**:
As we are currently launching a massive consumer-facing project in Spain, we are on the lookout for a **Growth Marketing Manager in Barcelona** to find new possibilities for product growth and development using data-informed approach. You will also present your ideas to partners and stakeholders. With the help of product analysis and go-to-market strategy we will ensure a success of changes and improvements.

**responsibilities**:

- Analyze UX research and combine it with industry trends.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote new features and increase user activity.
- Launch and optimize advertizing campaigns on FB, Google, ASO.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively detect any opportunity for growth with passion to product and company growth as well as stakeholders.
- Create with designers, data analysts, and ux-researcher analytical reviews and present them to partners.

**requirements**:

- Being in Barcelona and being ready to get together with the team once a week
- English skills at least B2 / Upper-Intermediate: you'll communicate in it a lot, both written and verbal
- Analytical and project management skills: proactive & effective product metrics review, bringing up valuable insights, product changes prognosis & estimation, marketing performance analysis and undertaking efficient decisions on go-to-market strategy.
